When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases continuously and the resistance of the equipment rises, the PLC opens the pulse valves one by one according to the set time parameter, so that the compressed air is sprayed and cleaned through the nozzle. Suddenly expand the filter bag. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper. It only takes 0.1 ~ 0.2s for one blow. After that, the dust collector resumes normal work. The whole machine adopts PLC automatic control, each parameter is easy to adjust, and it can realize non-post work. The service life of the filter bag is more than two years.
