Kiln transmission



Our company can design various types of furnace transmission parts according to the specifications of the customers. At present, our company's transmission mainly adopts helical gear transmission. The roller pitch can be arbitrarily selected between 22 / 27.5 / 29.5 ~ 140mm. The power input medium mainly includes chain transmission and gear box transmission.
The company's transmission has the following characteristics:

  • There are two main types of power input: one is the gearbox input type. This form has high transmission efficiency, constant transmission ratio, long operating life, high working reliability, convenient installation and maintenance, wide applicable peripheral speed and power range, and the box gears are all made of chrome steel to increase the service life. The second is the introduction of sprocket, which is mainly reflected in the low cost, easy installation and replacement, and the center distance can be made larger. The motor used for the kiln transmission is a hard tooth surface gear reducer dedicated to the kiln
  • Can be designed according to customer's actual product needs for differential and non-differential, stepped transmission and other forms of transmission, the pairing gear used for differential transmission is carefully designed with small differential changes to achieve micro differential transmission. All gears are made of chrome steel (20CrMnTi), the pinion hardness can reach HRC58 ~ 62o, which greatly increases the wear resistance

  • The company's transmission mandrel single-hole seat currently uses a single-hole seat except for the 22 / 27.5 roller pitch, which uses double-hole seat. The angle steel processing positioning boss forms a key connection with the single-hole seat. This form combines the advantages of the multi-hole seat and the single-hole seat, that is, good fixation, easy installation, and convenient maintenance and low cost. In addition, the single-hole seat bearing is processed by a special machine for one-time clamping, and the positioning accuracy is high
